I didn't review the actual presskits (of course).

Had a few wording things discussed with Johathan off-email, but nothing
major.

Rest looks good to me, except I'd probably use template comments instead of
<!-- --> to remove things that aren't supposed to be there. That way
they're not actually in the browser :)
