Well, as I said Oracle JDK is not the only JDK, the OpenJDK/IcedTea Team
still supports actively Java 7 (and it's recent the drop of Java 6) and
it's free in both as speech and as in beer. :-) if you use Ubuntu 14.04
(which should be supported until April 2019) you will get openjdk-7, and
you can get the Azul Zulu JDK for free too :-)
