This is a bit strange:

59 SQL procedures can be created using the `CREATE PROCEDURE` command,
executed
60 using the `CALL` command, and are supported in the server-side
procedural
61 languages PL/pgSQL, PL/Perl, PL/Python, PL/Tcl, and the Server
Programming
62 Interface (SPI) languages.

The stuff about SPI should probably be removed.
