Re: FUNC_MAX_ARGS benchmarks

I am working on a patch to increase these as agreed. I found this
interesting, from the 6.3 release notes:

Increase 16 char limit on system table/index names to 32 characters(Bruce)

The limited to be 16 chars until 6.3 in 1998-03-01.
