Unfortunately, I do not have time to work on PL/Java binaries for Windows
myself until sometime in February. All my attempts at cross compiling
have failed so far. That said, if there is a commercial reason to hurry
it up, something may be arranged through 2ndQuadrant as they are paying
for my time.

I recall reading somewhere in the installation/compilation guide for
PostgreSQL that 32bit applications do not run "natively" on 64bit CPU/OS
on the amd64 architecture and will be slower. I advice not to take my
words for it and either google for more information or test it.

None that I know of. You can use PL/Java compiled with JDK 5 with a Java
6 virtual machine but it needs to be compiled for PostgreSQL 9.
