PGadmin Support

Dears Technical support team
we were using the PGadmin tool for PostgreSQL database.
but 3 weeks ago, it is stopped for login to the DB server
https://pgadmin.lbsnetwork.net/browser not working

could you please help us what is the problem, or it required some ports to be open on the database server.

I attached the image of the issue.
