Hello!
It's OK to me to leave this as is, just wanted to note that it's still
reproducible.
At least for me.
I'm on pgAdmin3 1.22.1 (Mar 29 2016, rev: REL-1_22_1) from
postgresql-9.5.2-1-windows-x64-binaries.zip
