Hi,
Kindly download the pgAdmin installer from this link
<https://www.pgadmin.org/download/>. This is a known issue about
installing pgAdmin using PostgreSQL installers.
Before installing with the new installer, uninstall previously installed
pgAdmin from the control panel.
