Re: PGAdmin 4 not populating scripts on open

For opening SQL files directly, there is an issue reported here -
https://github.com/pgadmin-org/pgadmin4/issues/1635.
Regarding expand/collapse, it is a known bug and will be fixed in the next
release of v8.4
