column type cannot be empty

I am trying to add a table in pga4 as shown in the attached screenshot. I
have the error message column type cannot be empty but I don't know what it
is referring to. There is no 'column type' on the Table page of the help,
and all the data types are filled, as you can see, but the save button is
ineffective, so what am I supposed to do here?
