Something seems very confused here.
To my knowledge, there is no knowledge available about any versions between
2.0B and 6.1. Git records no version tags between them.
Version 6.3 (newer than that) hasn't been supported since 2003, and there
are teenagers now that weren't born then. I'm not quite sure whether they
were using SQL at the time either.
I don't remember anything about a version 4.5. Perhaps that was a release
of Ingres?

You'll probably find that a lot of people choose to ignore messages
containing spurious claims of confidentiality on a public mailing list;
might want to look into whether that can get removed.

When confronted by a difficult problem, solve it by reducing it to the
question, "How would the Lone Ranger handle this?"
