Well, don't get your hopes too high. The pgAdmin team is not big enough to
work on both versions. They are working hard to get pgAdmin4 in a final
release real soon, and you shouldn't expect any new releases of pgAdmin3
now or in the future.
And actually, we never did bugfixes in older releases, even with pgAdmin3.
