But if exceptions are allowed, I would request this to be one of them
(pugSEAsia)

None that I know.

Cambodia is not in consideration for now. But we definitely want to include
Thailand and
Philippines
. If we see the momentum then I am keen on setting up a new PUG or
extending to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia too (but not at this moment).
Even in that scenario it sounds good to create a Pan-ASEAN group.
