pgAdmin 4 can't opened

Dear Sir,

I just installed postgreSQL on my MacBook but I have problem with the app
pgAdmin 4, I can't open it, it's error. This is the error message "*The
application cannot be opened for an unexpected reason, error=Error
Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-10669 "(null)" UserInfo={_LSLine=3829,
_LSFunction=_LSOpenStuffCallLocal}"*

I hope you can help with to fix that problem.
