Hi

PostgreSQL uninstaller doesn't require any internet connection to
uninstall the software
So I suspect the error is somewhere else. Can you please share the
uninstaller log file can be found inside
C:\Users\$USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\uninstall-postgresql.log
