While I've talked to Jean-Paul about this previously, of course, I would
like to also extend an official thanks to him for all the work put into
PostgreSQL Europe, particularly in the early parts when setting up and
growing the organization. Thanks Jean-Paul - we couldn't have done it
without you!

Oh, and this of course just means we'll delegate more tasks to you ;)
