Hi prospective GSoC candidates,
Could everyone interested in participating in the Google Summer of
Code 2013 now apply on the GSoC website:
http://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2013
Applications must be completed before 3rd May at 19:00 UTC.
You may submit up to 5 proposals each, but of course only one will be
potentially accepted. Note that increasing the number of proposals
doesn't necessarily increase your chances of a proposal being
accepted. Proposals should have really been discussed with the
community to get some feedback as to whether your proposal is feasible
and desirable. All proposals should aim to be realistic (i.e. will
have a good chance of success given the time frame) and should clearly
outline what will be involved.
So please start your applications.
Regards
Thom
