Yeah, really. :-)
Actually, I think that one could probably stay as-is. "Check" implies
that there's something else going on besides just a lookup, and we
can't go nuts with it. I'm more concerned about
QualifiedNameGetCreationNamespace() and LookupCreationNamespace().
