For index, how about a tree, like the bottom one at
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/33/B_tree_insertion_example.png.
Leave out the numbers of course.

For function, something with { } in there?

And for Trigger Function, a mashup of function and trigger?
