Error - PGAdmin Install

Dear all,

I had the old version of PGAdmin. My PC was formatted and now I installed the ner version of PGAdmin: https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/pgadmin/pgadmin4/v3.4/windows/

When I try to connect with the server, it shows de error message below:

Could you help me? What I must to do?
