PgAdmin looks weird in Windows high contrast mode

Hi!

I'm just running some testing with dark themes and high contrast mode in
Windows, and found that PgAdmin is almost unusable (as per accessibility):

As you can see, toolbar buttons are unrecognizable, and server names
list is supposed to use dark background with white letters. Also, at
right, the buttons (only Properties is readable).

(notice: the IP numbers and machine names have been obscured via
screenshot tool - it is not a PgAdmin problem).
