How to find/run pgAdmin on Linux

We can't seem to find this on Linux. Didn't seem to be listed among applications and a search from root for "pgAdmin" turned up nothing. Is it possible for Postgres to be installed WITHOUT pgAdmin? If not, how do we invoke it?
