AFAIK, there is no such thing. But you can use pg_dump in a pipe -
that's all pgAdmin does.

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a standalone DLL that can be integrated with
applications for pg_dump and restore without resorting to asking clients
to use tools like pgAdmin for their backup and restore cores?
