It sounds like you are trying to automate administrative tasks. If that's what you are trying to do, you may be well
advised to use any one of the Unix/Linux/BSD operating systems: They all have far superior and simpler task automation
tools such as cron and fully functional shells, something which windows servers desperately lack natively.

Is anyone aware of a standalone DLL that can be integrated with applications for pg_dump and restore without resorting
to asking clients to use tools like pgAdmin for their backup and restore cores?
