Exactly. Let's just use git.postgresql.org and call it good. If we want
something in front of it, then let's use redmine.postgresql.org pointed
at git.postgresql.org.

To me S3, rsync.net, dropbox, softlayer are not options for the same
reasons as Github is not an option.
