pgAdmin 1.18.1: SQL query window hangs

SQL query window hangs (screenshot added) from some time. I cannot
execute sql queries. I removed pgadmin_histoqueries.xml and entire
AppData\Roaming\postgresql folder, it didn't helped.

Platform:
PostgreSQL 9.3.1 (local database)
Windows 7
pgAdmin 1.18.1
windows installer used
language - chose default during installation

The same was before with PostgreSQL 9.2.
