PostGIS install fail on 64 bits Windows Seven system

Hi There,

I need to install PostGIS on Win 64 bits Seven version.
With stack Builder, the results are always the same on any PC :

ERREUR: n'a pas pu charger la bibliothèque « C:/Program
Files/PostgreSQL/9.1/lib/postgis-2.0.dll » : unknown error 126

In english :

could not load library "C:/Program
Files/PostgreSQL/9.1/lib/postgis-2.0.dll"

Is there anyway to use PostGIS With 64 bits PG 9.1 on a Windows 7 PC ?
