Please send this sort of problem to the pgsql-jdbc list (I have CC'd the

Dear sir,
I am a Chinese Software Engineer.
I can not run any sql sentences related money data type, if I set
"locale" to "China, Pepoles Republic of", when I setup the postgresql.
There would be an error when I run, "insert into food values
('abc','2.55')", where '2.55' is set to a money type. But there is no error
if I run this sql in the environment, whose "locale" is set to default
value of "C".
It is a bug in postgresql! I am not sure there is the same issue when I
set "local" to other language. Cheers.
