PL/Java is designed to be very portable. It should compile on any
platform where you PostgreSQL 7.4 or later and a Java 1.4 or later. It
runs on several linuxes already and on PowerPC using Mac OS/X. So both
the OS and the CPU are used although never combined :-)
Please give it a try. Perhaps you'll have to change something in the
makefiles. If that's the case then please submit a patch (to this
mailing-list).
