I'm still seeing need for s/int/int64/ at:
- "pagesegno" variable
- return value of MultiXactIdToOffsetSegment()
- return value of MXOffsetToMemberSegment()
- callers of previous two
Only the first should be a live bug, since multixact isn't electing the higher
pageno ceiling.
