Thanks! I tried it. I think the best is to do both. Your scripts
automates more changes than msgfilter; but with msgfilter I get
three additional updates in initdb.po (the only one I tested).
One suggestion: have your script change pgsql-bugs(at)postgresql(dot)org to
pgsql-bugs(at)lists(dot)postgresql(dot)org automatically :-)
I'm using both now.
