I heard there was going to be a PGCon EU. Having some recent experience
with organizing a conference, I thought I would offer my help.

No I am not as active in other non-US pugs, but note that the English
problem exists. This PUG although EU has determined its language is
English. Thus I can participate.

Plus, isn't it about PostgreSQL? Not EU or US or IN or JP?
