Snippet from the logs:

[Thu Jul 14 09:00:07 2005] [notice] child pid 48741 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Thu Jul 14 09:00:13 2005] [notice] child pid 46957 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Thu Jul 14 09:00:17 2005] [warn] child process 20648 did not exit, sending another SIGHUP
[Thu Jul 14 09:00:19 2005] [warn] child process 20648 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Thu Jul 14 09:00:23 2005] [error] child process 20648 still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL
[Thu Jul 14 09:00:23 2005] [notice] SIGHUP received. Attempting to restart

I've checked the other VMs on that same server, and none of the other
apache are exhibiting the SegFault issue ... the SIGHUP is most likely log
file rotation ... but I can't explain the SegFault(s) ... maybe Chris has
an idea?
