The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 16656
Logged by: Bruno Crespo
Email address: bruno(at)trustserver(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 10.14
Operating system: Centos Linux 7
Description:

Even if python 2.7 is EOL, the main python stack in CentOS 7 is 2.7. It's
unacceptable that an update distributes a packages that shadow a base
package and drop support for the main python stack in the base OS. Please
restore the python 2.7 support or distribute your package without shadowing
the base package.
