I've not updated my repo to today's sources yet. But on yesterday's
HEAD:

This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.
The connection to the server was lost. Attempting reset: Failed.

So yes, this is a pre-existing bug accidentally exposed by the PHJ
tests. Log says
