Sobre uso de Londiste

Buenos días,
Amigos tengo un problema al instalar Londiste
Datos:
Sist. Operativo: Debian 7.8
PostgreSQL: 9.2
skytools: 2.1.12

Realizo estos pasos:
#./configure --prefix=/usr/local/skytools --with-pgconfig=/usr/bin/pg_config --with-python=/usr/bin/python
#make

Entonces en el paso make me da este error:
