Soy nuevo en postgres y necesito una ayuda al arrancar postgres me
genera el siguiente error:
psql: could not connect to server: gD@@l(at)ly@¹Ã(at)h÷ÿ¿Ï
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket
"/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
y al tratar de reiniciar postgres genera el siguiente error:
./postgresql restart
Stopping PostgreSQL database server: postmasterpg_ctl: could not find
/var/lib/postgres/data/postmaster.pid
Is postmaster running?

ERROR: PostgreSQL postmaster did not start because of an unknown reason.
Estuve buscando en la pagina de postgres pero no encontre la respuesta a
este error q hago
