encoding conversion

Hi,

I have been using normal encoding (SQL_ASCII) for a while. But since some chinese charaters (Big 5) cannot be processed correctly, I'm trying to convert part of the databases to unicode.

Can anyone suggest some methods that I can convert my databases in an easier way?
