Actually, the client is using IE 5.03, and having the same problem. We
were mainly looking for the timeout setting in IE, which does not seem
to exist.

Thank you. This will allow us to tell definitively whether or not it is
the browser. That RESPONSE_TIMEOUT of 60 is highly suspicious, though.
