Mac OS X installation web page

Hi,

I've put up a web page, "Installing PostgreSQL on Mac OS X", intended
to be a more thorough set of instructions for getting PostgreSQL up
and running on the OS X platform, one that will help encourage new OS
X users (even users new to Unix) to consider PostgreSQL as a feasible
option.
