The mailing lists are verty important to postgres but unmentioned on the wiki mainpage.
I've broken out the "Mailing Lists" portion of "Oh, so you want to be a developer"
into an https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Mailing_Lists, and I think it makes
sense to link that page from the main page of the wiki. Which requires admin
privileges.
It might also be a good idea to explicitly document ML etiquette and norms
there in time. as right now its only links a few other projects' FAQ's on a
couple of specific issues.
