I've observed that, on Linux(and assuming it's same for mac), tree control in main form does not work with navigation keys(not all of them).
Like, on windows, you can go to all items in tree control using arrow keys. Which is very handy. I can work on it , if nobody is working on it. Doesn't look complicated.
