The only difference is that the Linux version has a somewhat more
elaborated signal handling and of course, the usual path and directory
separator issues. All of this is concentrated to one single file,
Backend.c. Perhaps you will need to change some define in a Makefile too
but I mostly rely on the pgxs stuff (Makefile includes that are bundled
with your PostgreSQL 8.0.x installation). Thus, no configure script or
the like is present in PLJava.
