MediaWiki has a decent SVG support (can produce PNGs of different sizes
on demand using rsvg).
The downside: getting edit access is almost impossible (asked during PgConf.EU 2016
and still waiting .... https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Special:ListUsers/Saper )
