It already is.
portfolio=# select * from stocks limit 1;
symbol | description | exchange
--------+-------------+----------
AADBX | AADBX | NYSE
(1 row)
portfolio=# sELeCT * FROM STOCKS LIMIT 1;
symbol | description | exchange
--------+-------------+----------
AADBX | AADBX | NYSE
(1 row)
Those queries were cased differently, but were recognized as being
functionally identical.
