I'm getting an error when retrieving a set of rows of data in a cursor.
It's an embedded 'C' program running under Sun Solaris V2.7. I can't find
any mention of this error in the documentation, does anyone know what it
means?

Or perhaps where I can look to read it up?

This is what is returned:-
