y seria util que reescribiera esto en español, la verdad no es muy
bueno ese ingles y es dificil descifrar lo que trata de decir...

es decir, hasta aqui te funciona bien?

ah! tienes permisos en /var/run? y en /var/run/postgresql? en mi
sistema la carpeta /var/run tiene permisos rwx rx rx
