I read, not actually understood, the recent thread 'Using postgresql.org
account as an auth id on third party websites'. This is not about
providing an answer to that thread. It is about backing up a bit and
asking whether it is time to put together some sort of page that
describes the Postgres community organization. In other words what is
Core, PGDG, pginfra, etc. Also how do they relate and who is involved in
each. Lastly and probably most importantly, who decides what the
'community' is. I know this a broad request and probably is something
more appropriate for --advocacy, but it is something that keeps coming
up and I am not aware that it has been answered. If it has, where?
