<font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">I am trying to connect to
several databases hosted on a Postgresql 11 server using pgAdmin 4
both from linux and windows client machines.  The some of the DB's
have unusual characters in the passwords. From the linux pgAdmin 4
client the connections work fine. From the Windows 10 machine, I
can successfully connect only to the DB with a "simple" password
(letters and digits only). Is this a known problem on Windows 10?<br>
