Well it will be executed, but it should throw an error. Can you confirm
that running select 1/0; in psql does indeed throw an error:

test=# select 1/0;
ERROR: division by zero

Also:

1) What version of pgAdmin4 are you running?

2) What version of Postgres is it running against?
